  • Please Note: Late evening pack-downs are unavailable. For full-service setups, we'll ensure everything is arranged earlier in the day, and you'll need to pack down the equipment for collection the following day.

Bond Requirement
A $400 bond is required for the safe return of all items.

Setting Up on Artificial Turf or Pavement
For artificial turf or pavement, water drums are required to secure the setup. These are available for hire at $10 per set and must be requested at the time of booking.

We work with incredible grazing companies who can craft a movie-inspired grazing experience to complement your cinema setup. Choose from regular grazing or tailored grazing experiences for your event. Grazing can be collected at the time of cinema pickup or delivered directly to your location on the day.

Popcorn Machine Hire
Add some nostalgia to your event with our Large Popcorn Machine on a Cart, which includes a ‘superpop’ pack (popcorn kernels, coconut oil, butter & salt seasoning) for $175 for up to 6 guests ($5 per additional 6 guests). This item is delivered and picked up directly from your location.

Experience the ultimate in cinema indulgence with our 8oz Popcorn Machine, made in the USA. Featuring high-quality stainless steel construction, a detachable cart, and heavy-duty wheels, it's both stylish and practical. We handle the cleaning so you can enjoy the event without the hassle. This machine comes with 1 All-in-One Popcorn Kit (serving 8 guests) and 8 Classic Popcorn Paper Bags.

Note: The popcorn is dairy and gluten-free, catering to dietary restrictions. Additional popcorn kits are available—please request at booking.

Additional Equipment Needed:

  • Extension Cord: The provided power cord is approximately 45 cm. You'll need an extension cord to reach your power source. Please ensure the extension cord is long enough to cover the distance.

Setup Requirements:

  • On Grass: Use included tent pegs for medium-firm ground, or soft ground pegs for softer conditions.

  • On Artificial Turf/Pavement: Requires water drums to secure the setup (available for hire at $10 per set).
     

Space Requirements:

  • A 3-4 meter distance between the projector and screen for optimal focus.

  • Ensure no objects block the projected image.
     

Power Source:

  • Single-phase power is required. Please ensure your power source aligns with this, and have an extension cord available to reach the equipment.

Weather Policy
If rain is forecast, we kindly ask you to reschedule your booking (subject to availability). In case of rescheduling, the picnic setup can still be used indoors, and the cinema equipment will be available for a new date. Please note, once the equipment is collected, no refund will be provided.
