Additional Information: The teepee is easy to set up and folds down into an easy carry bag. The tent itself is a huge 7.5 feet tall, with 5 poles and a lace canopy, suitable for 3 adults.

For the DIY's (Do-It-Yourself):
The DIY option is a fantastic choice for those who want great value and flexibility. You can pick your desired location and stay as long as you like without worrying about packing up. These picnics are easy to set up, with step-by-step instructions provided. Collection and return are from Hillary's.

For the Full Setup and Full Pack Down:
Choose this option for a hassle-free experience. Simply book, choose your location, and set your event time. On the day, arrive at your tailored boho picnic and enjoy—no lifting a finger required! The standard duration is 2.5 hours, extendable for $25 per 30 minutes. Travel fees may apply based on location. Clients are responsible for any necessary permits for outdoor venues.
Overnight hire is available, with setup and next-day collection from your address (additional charges may apply), or you can return the items to Hillary's. Booking Instructions: Submit your booking with the event date, time, location, and duration.

Pricing is based on a single long table setup. If you prefer to split your picnic into smaller groups or customize the package, additional charges will apply, and a quote will be provided upon booking.

Delivery is available starting at $75* one-way depending on the picnic size & location of the drop-off area. For a quote, please provide your suburb/location. Delivery terms can be found in the T&Cs

Children's Picnic Parties
For Kids 10 and Under: When booking for children aged 6 and under, please specify their age. Glassware, including lanterns and plates, will be replaced with non-glass alternatives. Plastic reusable partyware will be provided instead of standard plates and glasses. Choose from pastel-coloured plates in pink, white, yellow, green, grey, or blue (subject to availability). Forever Blooms are not permitted.
For Kids Aged 11 to 14: Glassware will be swapped for acrylic wine glasses. Alternatively, you can opt for reusable plastic kids' partyware in the pastel colours mentioned above.
Important Notes: Parental supervision is required at all times around the picnic area. You are responsible for any damages.
