A bond is required for all events, with the amount varying based on the items hired for your event.
For DIY packages, pickups are typically available on both Friday and Saturday, with return options on Sunday and Monday. Please note, the hire period is for overnight use only. (Subject to change)
Travel Surcharge: Depending on the location, a distance or travel surcharge may apply for locations further than 20km from Hillary's.
Venue Reservations: It is the client's responsibility to make any reservations or obtain booking permits for any reserves or facilities. Please contact the council or booking office directly for any restrictions or requirements for the venue.

Grazing Boxes Pricing Note: The pricing for grazing boxes provided is based on a specific supplier. If this supplier is unavailable on the date of your event, an alternative supplier may be required, and a surcharge for the grazing boxes may apply.
Dietary Requirements: Please ensure that any dietary requirements are noted at the time of booking to ensure we can accommodate all guests accordingly.
Each grazing box will be delivered to your party location just in time for the event to start (even if you are doing a DIY package!)
